Once out of the trees, it was back on the bikes to head towards Luang Prabang. Rather than heading down to LP by travelling the whole way by boat down the Mekong (as most people do - there are no roads in that direction) we decided to make more of a trip of it and head to Pak Khop three hours or so down the Mekong from Houeyxai. The hill before this flat bit was a killer, I had to run and push the Minsk up a 20%+ incline as Jeremy towed.

You guys are nuts!!! One day flying through trees like monkeys the next pushing the very things that are meant to make you life easy!! Why not hire a donkey or horse? Loving the updates, feel like im there, thanks guys, miss you heaps!! When you going to be in Londonapprox? Am thinking of taking mum for a wee trip, would love to catch up!! L xx

Exciting tales continue...
These tales are so great - a suberb trip being lived out by all measures. Loved the flying fox videos especially and showed them round the office. I'm not so popular now as everyone thinks their desk is boring as hell!! Loving the photos and blog - keep it up guys :)
