The elephant obliged and I was able to climb onto the massive animal. A grin settled onto my face. Bareback riding an Asian elephant in the middle of... Read Full Entry

Really Nice!
I liked the description of the zip line and jungle trip. We are going to Vietman and Cambodia next Spring break so your travel log is inspiring to me. Also the picture of the colorful parasols is really nice. Looks as though you are having the trip of a lifetime. Congratulations to both of you.

I eagerly dive into your latest blog wondering where I am going to be going for I am an armchair traveler with you! I so wanted to be in the jungle and hear the sounds, and zip around....how very cool and memorable. Just amazing stuff. You guys have obviously done a lot of research before and during...it really shows. How can you ever come back to "kAnsas"?!!!!

WOW
I love reading about your adventures. You should consider writing a travel book! We miss you here but totally understand why you worked so hard to be able to take time for this amazing trip. Have fun! You both look great on elephants! We had your dad, Sharon and all the Yeagers (minus David, Maggie and Scarlet) over for a late Latke party on Tuesday. Melanie is still home. She was stranded aafter the Christmas blizzard that hit NYC and other area nearby. I have to admit that I am happy she could not get back and was able to spend more time with us. Tomorrow is New Near's eve and I wish you a wonderful, healthy and adventurous New Year! You are off to a great start! Back to work for me!
