What is the current political structure/ government in this country/ region?

http://www.sf.us.emb-japan.go.jp/en/e_m08_01_08.htm

The current political structure in this country is a constitutional monarchy. A monarchy is a nation still under the rule of one person not a government with multiply branches. That type is based on a cabinet system, and power is vested in the cabinet. They also have separate parties in there government. That is what japans government is based on.

The culture is very old because they still have a monarchy. Another thing is they never have elections on who will run the government. Also the way they act as a whole is different then how the other countries work. The way they do certain things must be different to because there government is different. That is what I have learned about this country and how it works.
