Hello my fellow travellers! I slept exceptionally well last night and when I woke up this morning I felt completely restored. The last remnants of pain in my legs and feet was gone and I really felt a sense of hope and anticipation for the six days of hiking that lay ahead of me with start tomorrow. I really liked it as well. It was nice to go inside for once, a lot of pagodas that I come upon are closed to visits but this one was not only open but also very welcoming. =)

Yay! Great to see you were able to receive your special shuin. I imagine indeed that some of the temples have become more like hotels, but glad to see you were able to find some hidden and friendly gems. What a lovely day of temple visiting for you ?
