Hello world, Well we had a bit of a rocky start this morning. Woke early (a little dusty from enjoying using my pink wine plastic goblet a little to much) 5:30am to a painful lady issue, which required immediate attention and me having to use the last few grams of washing powder that the host had left to scrub the white sheet and donna protector (BTW ladies, makeup wipes can get almost anything out!). Brad was happily dozing when i started investigating how we are going to make our journey down to Osaka tomorrow. Once Brad woke he took over investigating tickets, as my anxiety and stress levels were reaching peak status. We realised that we are running out of money way to quickly. Brad and I are no strangers to international travel, We were both born in NSW Australia and basically if you want to see anything interesting you need leave the country. Don't get me wrong, we both love our motherland but it gets a little claustrophobic at times. Brad (in order of most recent to least) has travelled to the ... read more

The area is adjacent to Tokyo Bay and was used by the Shogun for relaxation and sport (duck hunting) many centuries ago. As you will note it is surrounded by the high rise of the business district but an oasis in the sea of concrete, steel and glass. As per the local tradition we took tea in the tea-house.... read more
