The subtle differences in Japanese culture
I love the way you immersed yourself in the culture and food - it makes me feel like we are part of your journey! But then... 'Vivian managed to pee in their couch' :D I laughed, but also immediately felt that mortified feeling when your dog does something awful :/ I need to follow your example and take Australian snacks/sweets to share with locals (but knowing me, they'd probably be eaten well before we even meet a local!) :)
