Question: What is the role of women play in this society? Do they have equality?

Women have equality in Japan. 70%!o(MISSING)f women have a job before they get married. Also, female doctors have increased over time. Even so, their are some gaps.

70.2%!o(MISSING)f women in Japan receive less pay and benefits. Many women leave the workforce after having a child. Female workers make 27%!l(MISSING)ess than males. These issues are being fixed by making more daycare facilities for females. This can increase jobs for males.
