Fukuoka and Beppu

Im sitting in my hostel having a nice cold beer (I may have a slight drinking problem) after a fabulous day at Beppu. I arrived yesterday in Fukuoka after a 5 hour Shinkansen trip which I survived even with the annoying child kicking the back of my seat the whole way. It was 100 degrees, the steam made it all very mysterious

Me and my egg, I actually don't really like egg but thought I should try it. It was horribe I found out later it was duck egg, YUCK!!!

There was steam rise all over Beppu, very cool

I spent the day with a lovely couple, here Hiro was singing us a little bit of a Japanese song

Wow, cool! That canal shopping area doesn't really look like Japan. All the hot springs must have been amazing to see and feel and worth the long trip!

Wicked shopping place
I have a drinking problem too... cant make it through the week without one! I liked the oozy bubbly mud one the best skinny minny. Would like to have money and go shopping at the canal city. Nope back to Target for me!! xxxx

The shopping centre looks fab, I am sure you had a great time there. Japan has some fabulous places to see the srings looked great. I loved the little chapel. You look great Bec Love Ya xoxox
