This we expected to be interesting, but there wasnt much there to be honest. Nagoya Castle looked pretty by night but there wasnt too much else to see.
Finding somewhere to eat was even more difficult as the language barrier became a problem. Also "no meat and no fish" in the same sentence seems a little incomprehensible to the Japanese, plus chicken and pork are not thought of as meat!
Our Hotel was fairly authentic with reed floor and a roll out bed. Strictly shoes off and no private shower, instead a male and female communal sauna / steam room plunge pool style thing, an experience!
