The cool breeze of Bali at night welcome me and crew that Sunday. This time I go to Bali without Renata, my wife, but with my fellow photographers and crew. This time is for a wedding in Bali. The atmosphere of Bali strikes us directly and that gives us some kind of holiday mood and some ease in working as we know we have a lot of things to see and places to enjoy here, besides our work, of course. Thus, I think it’s a good choice for you to have a wedding in Bali.
From Ngurah Rai Airport, we head to Kuta where our appointed hotel is located. As it’s a group of guys over here so you know, we’ll have some loads of food in a few days ahead. Arriving at Kuta, the lads go to see some food in the Kuta Street. Looking around at some tourists and locals that are still hanging out at the street and beach at night, it makes me smile as they are just the same nightlife lovers like my crew and me. Also, it makes me wonder how many of them will be holding their wedding in Bali. All the
people there, young and old, they seem so happy to be here in Bali. After some drinks and chat we decide to sleep early as tomorrow we should get up and prepare our stuff and selves to be ready to head to Uluwatu at dawn for Jeffrey and Kym’s wedding in Bali. Yes, Uluwatu! If you often travel to Bali, you know that Uluwatu is not that near from Kuta and the road is winding. But because it is dawn, the road is not that packed so we manage to get there in half an hour. Sea view beneath the left side of the road amazes us.
Morning brightens slowly. We love the sunshine and lighting in Bali. It’s indeed a good choice to have a wedding in Bali. The view is just nice: broad blue sea, white bright sky, and sufficient sunshine shining passing through the leaves, creating a beautiful natural light effect. That’s why it’s a popular option to hold a wedding in Bali. Furthermore, as it’s an outdoor wedding so the photographers have lots of broad-space spots to capture. With the beautiful bride and groom, I am sure that this time pictures taking will be another success for
thePhotograph wedding.
Jeffrey and Kym’s Wedding in Bali
Arriving early morning in Uluwatu, I finally meet Jeffrey and Kym. At the moment, they are preparing for their wedding in Bali. They choose Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts for the wedding in Bali. It has seaside view which is the best for a wedding in Bali.
Jeffrey and Kym are Australia’s Residents, they are interested to hold a wedding in Bali, so we only communicate through email and don’t have the chance to meet in person until then. We arrange all through emails, including the expected photo concept of their wedding in Bali. Though there’s some tension in the preparation of their special day in the early morning but at the end of the day, we can say that everything has gone well. Congrats to Jeffrey and Kym! I like how they concept their wedding in Bali at such outdoor space and their chosen spot just near the sea. Their decoration is simple but perfect. Just nice for a wedding in Bali. The simplicity reflects the groom and bride’s personality. Attires, make up, properties selected are just well decided: Kym’s broken white bride’s gown, pastel purple bridesmaids’ gowns, simple black-and-white groom and best man’s outfit! You’ll agree it looks simply stunning, won’t you? 😊If you take a look at the photos below, you’ll find Kym in modern oriental dress. The dress is simply most wanted by girls, I guess. Besides, Kym has wide collection of gorgeous shoes like the purple and red below. With the wedding in Bali, it all matches.
Jeffrey is a Chinese and Kym is a Vietnamese. They both have oriental root and they have this tea ceremony in oriental culture when everybody doesn’t drink wine but tea 😊 The bride has to wear the oriental dress. So it’s an nature-concepted tea ceremony in their wedding in Bali. The program after that is blessing. In the middle of it, the crew and I are busy taking pictures of the playfulness of their besties which are the bridesmaids and best men on that day. Jeffrey and lads are playing with the bikinis and lipstick! Haha… and they love to pose in it. Properties are very complete! Thanks to the couple’s best friends, they provide them themselves. They’re so ready for the fun for their friends’ wedding in Bali.
Before the blessing that continues after tea ceremony, I take time to take pictures of the couple several times with Kym still in the red dress. It’s really good spots here to have shots of wedding in Bali. After a while, they have to do re-touch and Kym has to change gown. Something worthy has always got its price. Flying from Australia and preparing all the things here and there, moreover on the wedding day itself, it is apparently detailed and tiring but it is forever meaningful. Salute to you, Jeffrey and Kym!
Come the next session: blessing. She is complete in her wedding gown and he is ready to welcome her and the blessing is given during the wedding in Bali. They are no more two but one in soul and heart. It is really touching for the guests to witness the blessing, moreover for them who know them personally. They have been going this far and it’s not without ups and downs and other odds. And here they are having their
wedding in Bali finally.
To complete their wedding in Bali, the after party is still awaiting. While we wait for the bride to reform to a party queen in her dress, the guests are entertained by food and drinks. The after party is amazing. The couple come in with Pittbull song in it! The rest of bridesmaids and best men follow after them. There you go, let’s get wild! Games are prepared unexpectedly to surprise the couple and other guests. Easygoing and joke-lover Jeffrey gets high and calm Kym turns to be a party animal. Everyone’s excited. The DJ plays the music hip. Who knows that the couple actually has already set a full set of Legong dance to entertain the party guests as well. Kym seems to enjoy the night and Jeffrey is content with everything. The atmosphere of Bali at night is very suitable for a night-time wedding in Bali.
Friends and family, they keep on dancing though the night has ended. Jeffrey gives speech to give special thanks to her wife who’s been a good company all this time. We hope they always stay the same and be leaning place for each other. Jeffrey also in his speech thank the guests very much who have come so far from abroad to attend their wedding in Bali. The event is apparently unique as it’s actually held on Monday. I guess all guests take special leave from the office for this fun event and it’s all worth it. Once again, congratulations, fellas!
