Bali, Indonesia Hotel Nikko

We arrived in Bali after a wonderful flight on Singapore Airlines. Bali is truly a paradise..what is most remarkable is the friendly warm smile of the Balinese. We rested at the hotel and then went for dinner to Kuta. The town is busy with a lot of traffic. We had dinner at a small restaurant. The fare is mostly meat and fish based. We quickly realized that our staple is going to be Nuso Gorong-Indonesian vegetable fried rice. Mangoes and Papayas are plentiful.
We plan on traveling to Ubud the cultural center of Bali where we will stay at the Nirvana Pension with a Balinese family.
