Bali is insane. It's almost as bad as Istanbul for people trying to sell you things, although I'm simply ignoring them all now. It makes life a lot easier. I'm even refusing to buy stuff I like, just because the aggressive selling annoys me.

It's very hot here, but apparently it's 40 degrees in Darwin (!!!!!). Hopefully it'll cool down as we head South. Have been swimming a lot to cool down since our hotels have been fairly nice. OzBus pool parties are fun especially as one guy has bought a guitar. Patrick actually surpassed himself and brought a three piece jazz band into the hotel to busk for us at one of them!

It's alright for some!
Well some of us are freezing in the snow whilst you are enjoying the warmth of the nice climates. really glad to hear that you are enjoying yourself and can't wait till your back so that we can have a catch up and that horror movie night! hope upi enjoy the rest of your trip and i guess we will catch up when christmas is all over and done with. have a great few months!!!!! xxxxx Alice xxxxx

hello from the frozen north
Hey Kate Enjoy the heat and sunshine, last night we had about 12/14cm of snow on top of hard packed ice, then it rained just to wet the snow and now it's freezing again so driving tomorrow should be fun! Lydia is still wearing the fairy dress, and she is going wear it to be an angel in the school nativity so I had to make angel wings for it. Glad you are having fun, keep using the sunscreen.
