Hi everyone, well where shall I start? .......I had the most horrendous night.Didn’t get any sleep due to my hacking cough which is making me breathless and I’ve developed a wheeze.I was so concerned this am we even concidered coming home early.Theres nowhere like home and the NHS when you are ill. Decided to ring our local pharmacy UK to check the meds I’d been given were correct. Pharmacist put my mind at rest but suggested I see the Dr again just to be sure. The Dr was here within the hour and prescribed even more drugs including cough syrup and inhaler. Glad I’ve seen her but now my case will incur huge excess charges due to the weight of the drugs I now have to cart around lol.Lets hope they work and quickly.Our flight home after Goa willinvolve a a 5 hour stopover at Mumbai airport before a 10 hour flight home.Can you imagine how awful it will be trying to stop coughing for all that time. I may not be the most popular person on that flight if things don’t improve.Pat suggested I should travel on top of the plane just like the Indians do on the lorries and
trains.?Sorry it’s all about illness again but that has been the extent of our excitement for today. Oh and to make things even worse we both woke with another mild DB issue which seems to have resolved thank goodness. We are just about to be taken to see the classic car collection somewhere in the hotel.Never thought cars could be so exciting.The highlight of my day ?......seen the cars.......not that exciting?At least now I have a few photos for you to see.
Very early start tom.Out by 7am on way to airport.Two short flighta to Goa,then hopefully couple of days to recover and de-stress on the beaches of Goa ,can’t wait.At least the air may be a bit cleaner by the sea I hope. Will let you know, Jane
