Rob's not well today so will rely on Kelly & Connie for some daily events plus photos. Pio & Connie went on tour of Jaisalmer Fort, built in 1156, only fort where villagers still live within the walls. Jaisalmer's unique fort is a living urban centre, with about 3000 people residing within its walls. It's honeycombed with narrow, winding lanes, lined with houses and temples. As so confined we found to be very filthy & smelly plus so congested. Open drains & filth made it very confronting.

Kelly, Pio & Connie went on trip to Sand Dunes in Jeeps then dinner in the desert. Not very comfortable sitting on the dunes, so we got some chairs a bit later to sit on.

Unfortunately Rob was quite ill so spent the full day in bed recovering. The staff, especially the Customer Service Manager & Restaurant Manager(Tarun) couldn't do enough to make him comfortable. Whilst the rest of the tour group was out for the day, they came several times to check he was OK and if anything they could do to help. A pecial thankyou to them for their concern & kindness.<br style="color: #4a4a4a; line-height: 19px; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, 'Bitstream Vera Sans', sans-serif; font-size: 13.99px;" />In general our whole tour group enjoyed our stay at Jaisalkot and we were very impressed with their great customer service, helpfulness and amenities.
