our first local bus journey to bharatpur

Off to Bharatpur via a local bus- it was fine, we thought its would be a nightmare. We got a room (bathroom and aircon) at the falcon guest house for Rs 200- we were the only ones staying there (infact I think we were the only people staying in bharatpur as we were out of season for the birds!) We arrived at the guest house in the middle of "prayer day"- oops! We had lunch and wandered for a while... nothing to see apart from the national park , which we plan to go to tommorow. Decided to go on the internet- it took us 2 hours and 2 computors to use hotmail! We had to order our evening meal in advance, which we did and ate at 20:00. Sat and chatted to the owner for a while who was lovely. Mosquito net action for the first time!
