to all those who're watching -- yes, we are still alive 😊

2 - hours from puri to bubaneswar by bus
1 - hour to wait for train
12 - hours from bubaneswar to vijayawada by night train
8 - hours to wait in the station for our next train
24 - hours from vijayawada to vasco de gama via night train
1 - hour from vasco to panjim via public bus
1.5 - hours from panjim to vagatore via a public bus to mapusa and rickshaw from mapusa to our current guest house, the dolrina.

it's been a long couple of days. but we did cross the country and are now swimming on the east coast of india and the beaches of goa in the arabian sea instead of on the west coast in the bay of bengal in puri.

the problem is, i liked puri better.

sunburned and hungry,

Two recent Bryn Mawr grads who ran away to India for a summer of backpacking will be returning to good ol' Philadelphia around Aug 20th and we're looking for a place to live. Responsible, energetic, ambitious duo seeking a 2 bedroom apt that is pet friendly (sooo excited about getting a pet!) and is near Center City-ish with good public transportation nearby and someplace to park a car within a few block radius.

So, let us know!

this is in or around center city - ish

no -- it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests
