Xmas in the tropics
A hot Xmas doesn't seem right. We are enjoying a cold one- actually a freezing cold one, where all extremities must be checked after exposure to the elements. Your blogs make is feel even colder. Nevertheless, we are surviving, and hopefully our weather may improve soon. We're not sure how you will manage inn Stockport after you have seen, and shown us, the joys of the rest of the world. We recall the old song How are you going to keep them Down on the farm Now that they've seen Paree. We'll hear in February. Lots of love for 2011 C&A

Lovely to hear from you. It did feel very odd walking around in a santa hat all day in the blazing sunshine. We'll have to make up for it next year, fingers crossed for snow. I hear the whole coming back thing has a name 'reverse culture shock' syndrome. I think the only way to help a smooth return is for everyone to cook us curry and walk around in sarees.
