I was fortunate to have friends with me for most of my stay in Hong Kong. It was much better to share my time for sightseeing and entertainment in the big city. We decided to escape the city and see other parts of the island. Great decision to go to Stanley and Aberdeen.

We took a junk ride around the old harbourside boats and floating restaurants.

A nice 45 minute ferry ride to a beautiful Lamma Island.

You can catch the ferry from both sides of the Island. Get off on one side and walk to the other and take in the views before returning to Hong Kong Island.
