We left really early in the morning. The bus ride was going to be long!! On the way, we stopped at some interesting rock formations of which the chinese call 'Ghost Town'. After a long drive back, i got back at urumqi at about 11:00pm and went to 5 hotels. It was all too expensice. I could not find a dorm that was empty. I finally found a place that cost 58 Yuan per night and decide to sleep there. Not much to report. I will be heading further west into kashgar tomorrow at 4:00pm. The train will take 24 hours to get there. The reason why i want to get there is to see the karakul lake and head towards tashkurgan and see the uighur people and some old forts. Till my next entry!
