due to the height most cooking is done in pressure cookers. this is a very BIG one!

we had a flat tier so we went to a small monastery there. a goat near one of the murals

there were only 8 monks in this monastery they were all in debate when we came. during debate one monk is the teacher (standing) and he claps his hands when he asks the student questions
