After our interesting train journey from Xi'an we finally arrived in Chengdu 18 hours later, which is in South-West China in the Sichuan province, and took the metro to our home for the next 3 nights, Mix hostel. Gorgeous!
Soooo jealous that we didn't see the babies when we went to see the pandas...probably a good job as one of us (erm, Donna!) would have probably tried to panda-nap one! We love pandas and seeing them in Chengdu is definitely up there in our most memorable experiences. Sichuan food is definitely the best of Chinese food!
