Over the past week and a half, I had 3 friends come to visit. 😊 Luckily, although the weather was rather gloomy-looking...it didn't end up raining much. And it was sweltering hot this past weekend, but we still were able to enjoy the Expo and other things.
It was lots of fun going places and spending time with Jess, Kathy and Queenie...shopping, eating, touring the city, reminiscing about our high school days.... 😊

Looking back at this year, I feel truly fortunate to have had several visitors come to Shanghai to see me!

we've entered the Expo site!
ready for a full day of walking, fighting crowds....and surviving the heat? hehe
at least we were lucky that there wasn't a line-up to get into the expo site....going at 11am does make a world of a difference!
