Second and third signs Hmm... Looks like the second one is a changing table (though that's a really big baby) and the third seems to be a person on a toilet with a child sitting in front of them. Maybe it's a sit-and-watch-your-dad-poop seat. :-P
Hmm (continued from last image) Well apparently that fourth picture is the baby changing table. I guess the second one is an adult changing table then.
