What a pleasant time to be with friends who have become family over the years! accommodations for Expo
Hi! From your first blog about the Expo, you mentioned staying at the Shama Xujiahui serviced apartments. I tried contacting them but was told that they do not accept short stays. I am bringing my kids to the Expo for the October school break. Where would you recommend we stay that is reasonably-priced and can take in 6persons? I enjoy your blogs and keep reading them as I prepare for our own family Shanghai adventure. Many thanks!

Shama
Hi blu parasol. That's a pity. The first one we stayed in (Casa Regalla) was converted into a residential condominium, and now Shama won't accept short stays. We actually stayed a total of 5 nights the last time. Those are the only 2 we stayed in in Shanghai. We have not tried any other in the same category. Will ask around, hopefully in time for your trip arrangements soon.
