My days at Xi'an

Xi'an means ancient, having special culture, Underground Terra Cotta Warriors..After a 3-hours flight from Shanghai, I finally arrived this antiquated land. The sky is gray, yellow land, very few green, air drying. When we drive through a gate of the stone City Wall, things change. Typical old Chinese old building, old temple building, elaborate architecture, just have the feeling of backing to the Tang Dynasty.
There are many famous scenery spot in Xi'an. I always want to read a city's daily life rather than to join crowd run around view points.
The food is a point you can get in understanding the local culture. There are some dwelling district of the HUI people. Big difference from Shanghainese, HUI people like to eat cooked wheaten food, beef and mutton with hot pepper. Beef and mutton are my favored food. I also can eat spicy food but the hard, dry bread taste not good. specialy we need to tear the bread into chip by our hands. intersitng culture.
Will continue with feelings of Terra Cotta, ancient building etc,.
