Their usual duties have been extended today as events of this sort always attract lots of interest from the local community. Someone has to monitor the crowds!

Tracy is one of the "bad guys" who has to try and keep people off the track while races are in progress.

All around the sports track the athletes from different departments have a final rehearsal before the start. This group are from the Performing Arts-Dance Department.

I teach many of these students, and it was a bit of a surprise to discover who were the "sporty" types!

If you look closely you will see the star is made up of stylized hands joined together in the Olympic colours. Very clever and very topical considering the upcoming Olympics in Beijing in August 2008.

unforgettable memories
I graduated from school for 2 years. i saw many familiar teachers from your blog ,Vivian was our counsellor, and Jocelyn taught us the subject of reading ,i saw the lovely baby ,Vivian's daughter.
