They use the word "supermarket" a bit different than we do. Stop in to Jerry's Financial Supermarket, where you can get everything from mashed potatoes to sub-prime mortgages. It still makes me chuckle to see these signs;)

An obvious mis-translation. A daunting sign before entering a hot pot restaurant in Shanghai. It makes me think, "Please don't be edible, last month we had someone throw a hand and foot into their hot pot. Besides liability issues at hand, it gives our restaurant a bad reputation." I would guess they were trying to say, "Don't bring food into the restaurant."
