Actually, If you want go to Fenghuang, there are no train to get there. You must take a train to Huaihua, the city nearby Fenghuang, then you must go to the bus station take a bus(40RMB) to Fenghuang, about 2 hour. Another choice is take a taxi to go there price around 100 RMB.

Hostel not so very nice but cheap, only 80 RMB per nice. A lot of hostel and travel facility are provide for traveller,also foreigner. Unfortunately, there are only a few group in that time. May be, it's an off season.
