In traditional...in Puding on the Lunar Jan the 15th, they will parade out an huge dragon and splash it with hot molten iron by brave young men, the night sky would filled with sparkling light like a firework. Said this traditional came down from long way, perhaps even since the Tang Dynasty. But this event still got its riskiness with the burning lava, so the authority ban this 4 years ago and switched to used firework and crackers on the dragon dance. I guessed as usual when our Chinese having our fun, we won't care about any other thing or people, firework just exploded in every direction, I think there was no way you could control it once it start. And with couple of dead and big fire happened in differnt part of China that was cause by firework this year, so...I was rather disappointed when I came here for the dragon dance and find it had been canceled. yeahhhh...a tradition came down a 1000 years stop right here at 2011!!! was it because of me??? ok ok...I blame it all on me then!

Back down town you would find yourself kind of into a war zone, as every shop front would lite up a string of fire cracker today at their desirable time, (luckily they didn't do it on the same time!) the explosion seem like endless together with the echo, gun powder smell filled the air while walking throught the misty lane.
In the evening they setup a lantern display show on a long street at the edge of town, beside the bright red light, there was nothing special about it, all this lantern were either advertiements from enterprises or propagonda of government departments, and probably ordered made from the same workshop. Stupid and ugly!!! but....it attracted the town, people pouring in after dark. I really couldn't understand what the beauty in those lanterns? people kept taking picture, posing in front of the bright red light, everyone just walking from point A to point B and then reverse and did it again for the whole night, but they were happy and excited! woaaahhhh...somehow I really wanted
