A beautiful and relaxing day in Quanzhou, Fujian, at the beginning of April. Good life with Becky! The 5-meter-high Laojun Rock is the most representative feature of the hill. The Song-Dynasty statue represents a man with a long beard-believed to be the philosopher Laozi. He is sitting in a cross-legged position, with his left hand on his left knee and right hand on a table. It is said those who climb up and rub the statue's nose are granted a long life.

Quanzhou is mountainous and has many rivers and tributaries originating from the interior. The prefecture's two major rivers (Jinjiang and Luojiang) flow into Quanzhou Bay from the west and north, respectively, forming wide estuaries.

Moving to Quanzhou
I am going to move to Quanzhou in March and your pictures and comments about the mountains are showing me that I did the right choice there :) Hope you are doing well in Beijing, without too much smog...
