On our last night in Beijing we went in search of Peking Duck. Instead we found duck blood soup and this fantastic tofu creation, with six different condiments and sauces.

I was fascinated by this advertisement, which I saw everywhere, although I was never certain what it was all about. Considerations of dairy products and blonds in Beijing did seem a bit like a hallucination, though...
