This evening we went to dinner at Quanjude Peking Duck restaurant. Apparently it's a very old restaurant specializing in Peking duck. The restaurant itself took up 5 floors of the building it was housed in. When they say that you're going to eat duck, they mean the whole thing. Everything but the "quack" was served; the webbing of the duck feet, the neck, the head, even the bones were made into soup. It was definitely a culinary adventure.

We had some MBA students from Chueng Kong join us as well for the evening. All in all it was a pleasent experience and a great meal. Enjoy the pictures!
