Marrisa and Matt visit Beijing - Summer Palace

The second day of Marissa and Matts visit was amazing. The weather was gorgeous. We packed a lunch and headed for the summer palace in the north west of the city. It was warm enough to walk around in a t shirt that day. We were all really impressed with the summer palace. The area if huge and we only explored a small section that day. The lake was drained of water and the smell was pretty bad. They nicknamed it "the poo poo shores". I am sure it made the list for potential honey moon destinations.
