Apologies for the delay - it all got a bit hectic towards the end

Day 7: Kep to Phnom Penh . 166 km, Saddle Time 7hrs 27 mins, Avg Temp 35 deg

The last, and most amazing day of the trip. For me this was the emotional day when I realised mid-way what a huge challenge we had just completed, and, more importantly – why. We finished another great cycle at the Nokor Tep Hospital site – it’s very much a construction site just now but, with the vision of the indefatigable founder Janne Ritskes, we were all able to visualise what it would look like, and how much it will help, not just the women, but the families of Cambodia.

To sum it all up : Awesome, Unbelievable, Emotional, Rewarding, The Best. 1105km, 48hrs 42mins on the saddle. And we plan to organise it again next year. If you are interested then email me at events@nokortep.com
