RIP Nan

RIP Nan
Hi Chritina, Your Nan is in a better place with angels are watching over! I lost most of my family members during Pol Pot time and i could even not set my tears - at that time it was a releive to end their suffering. I hid in the ship and left Sihanoukvill Port in early 1980 and end up in Philiipines. I came to Minnesota - USA in 1981 alone and it was very sad. Now i have my family - met my wife here in the US and married in 1989 as she also had to run and hide and crossed over to the Thai border. We both grew up in Phnom Peng and went to the same high school but we did not know each other. What a small world. We are planning to retire early next year in Cambodia! Thanks for sharing your travel experiences! Theary / Marida Minnesota, USA
