In Cambodia In Phnom Penh and it has only been a year but the changes are still pretty hard to imiagine as the pace of the change is non stop. While every where else the building boom has slowed down here in the kingdom it has continued to keep going.

Much still remains the same the traffic is heavier and they still drive like they beleive that they are the only ones on the road and they have no problem with allmost running you over every time that you cross a street.

The food is still the same but a little more expensive. You can tell that the global economic melt down has effected them as the cheap hotels are still around the same prices and some of the newer budget accommodations have redudced the rates.
