Floating Village

Spent our first day exploring the sights- went to floating village which was pretty cool. Everything on bamboo rafts inc police station, secondary school (which was saw moving to higher waters!) Quite ingenius really so save them from being flooded!

Visited war museum about the civil war in cambodia- was good (if not bit complicated!) but our guide was blind, had an prostetic leg and ball bearings and shrapnel still stuck under his skin. Made you think a bit, especially as there are still millions of mines over Cambodia.

Ended the day more happily watching the sunset over Angkor Wat at the top of a mountain... very peaceful (except for the Japanese tourists!)
