Siem Reap feels like a really western town and its much more westernised than Phnom Penh. We have spent the last 3 days looking round loads of temples obviously including the amazing Angkor Wat. There are loads of temples and until you arrive you don''t realise how spread out they all are.. They are all different but the size of Angkor is massive and the view is amazing especially at sunrise. We also visited at sunset but there was a massive thunderstorm storm so that was a bit of a wash out!

It is exhausting walking around in the 40 degree heat but it really was spectacular..

We've really enjoyed Cambodia but tommorrow we are braving the dirt track 12hour bus ride to Bangkok where apparently we get scammed at the boarder so we''re looking forward to that!!

This was the only temple we didn''t like after the terrible chinese restorations! There was still scaffolding up but the chinese declared it finished in 2006 and the brick work was really bad, it looked like it was done on the cheap.
