Isabella with our Chef and her assitants! What a fun 4 hours!
that sounds it was NOT....the food was OUTstanding....snails and rabbit and Beef with all the french trimmings and the srvers wore their Berets and suspenders and french patrons filled the tables....We loved it and enjoyed it with a bottle of Bordeoux Medoc 1998 ONLY 59.00 we brougnt the bottle home...but they serve isabella with no hesitation..she hardly drinnks though......today we went to the Cambodian Cultural Center Yesterday to the National angkor museum and tommorow as I mentioned to the cooking class than the Mine museum and than a Charity Cello Concert for the Childrens Hosptial.....

I M living here...the land is luch and the people are greateful ....smiles and love and gratitude ...You dont even imagine the genuine and authentic Love and affection that contact with outsiders b rings to these peoeple...the rural areas are lost in a time of the Kymar regime ( communism ) and it's scaryl..but their hungar and struggle gives more focus than our western ways//// I will write soon with more consideration but for now THis is our update...xxoo
