Our last day in Bagan we joined Dana (Canadian) and shared a taxi to Mount Popa. Had to hike up this covered staircase/monkey outhouse to get to the top. Actually the monkeys were not aggressive but were everywhere and not afraid of us. Had soe great views of the plateau and walked around the Temple perched on top of this hill.

Stopped by a palm toddy farm on way home to try some homemade whisky! Pretty sweet stuff.
