Road To Rukwa: Day 10

It was our last day in Kipili and we had the opening of the show to shoot. Before we got started, I met this little boy at the hotel. He was standing back and watching us as we ate plain cookies. I offered him a couple and he wandered off to eat them all by himself. The pictures say it all....

After that, we headed to the shores of Lake Tanganyeka. The water with the islands in the background was too nice to ignore. The shoot went well and then it was time for a last minute swim. I decided not to tempt the fates so I stayed on the shore and took photos.

We did a group shot of the crew and then we headed back to Sumbawanga as we started our trek home. The drive would take us about 4 or 5 hours.
