Ghana

- Red-red - rice and beans served with plantains. Its whats for dinner (and ususally lunch the next day)
- Kids in school uniforms
- The front view of a mother carrying her child (feet poking out from under arms)
- Trying to figure out which car is actually Mike's
- The bullfrog that lives in the parking lot of Monsoon
- Condensed milk in tea with digestive biscuits -- for that light pick me up between breakfast buffet and red-red

Tanzania

- Tangawizi - a ginger soda that is oh-so yummy. This was a recommendation from Michele L. that otherwise would have passed me by.
- Savannah Dry - more beverages -- this is a cider that is really light and refereshing. Not too sweet, which makes it a really fun after work drink.
- The ocean. Okay, so you can like the ocean everywhere, but the ocean view here is beyond belief. Between the fishing sailboats and major freight traffic, there is always something fun to watch.
