Having sent the majority of you the link, thought I would just share a few thoughts....

We are both SO excited about the trip, cant believe we leave in 5 days! Unbelievable! That first flight is Heathrow (oh yes, terminal 5!) to Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania, 7.30pm on Monday evening. By Tuesday morning we'll be in Tanzania and off we then go....

The rough plan looks something like this:

sep 22nd: fly london - tanzania

sep/oct/nov: safari, safari! Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia! Victoria falls & then Botswana. Finally Namibia and the MASSIVE sand dunes!

Dec: South Africa for my bday (cape town) and xmas (Durban)

Jan 17th: fly joburg- bangkok

jan/feb/march/april: south east asia

april 26th: fly Sydney (we'll get there somehow)- Buenos Aires in Argentina

april- may: Chile and Argentina

june - july: Brazil ( a bit!), Bolivia, Peru for the Inca trail

august: Ecuador and the Galapagos islands, JURASSIC PARK!

september-october: Venezuela and Brazil!

First Safari is a week after we arrive, back of the net! Can't wait for that, will be watching out for the lions!

We'll be adding pics where and when we can, but as the first 2-3 months will be spent in Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Botswana and Namibia, not sure how practical this thought will end up being! I'll keep this thing as updated as we can so you know we're safe and well.
