Up early and to the Central Bus Station where we caught a Link bus to Masindi. This is the beginning of our adventure in the wilds of Uganda. The bus trip was just under 4 hours and once in Masindi we met with the folks at Yebo Tours to plan the next two days in Murchison Falls National Park. We are all set and leave at 6am tomorrow.

We stayed at Alinda's Guest House which is a budget accommodation and that is an understatement. More on this later. It wasn't horrible but we are happy it was just for one night!

Alinda's Guest House: We had read in the Brandt Guide (V6) that this place was clean - not really; had regular hot water and electricity - no it did not; had fans in room - also not there, although since we did not have electricity it wouldn't have mattered. They did have mosquito nets - which we needed. In many ways you get what you pay for but even at this budget level the place was kind of creepy. We were originally going to have dinner there but decided against it.
