Met up with ASTOVOT and they put me up for a reasonable rate (2500 CFA) although I miss my Swiss hotel. I bought some work gloves and am awaiting the arrival of a fellow volunteer, a French girl!

In the summer of 2007 I backpacked through North and West Africa. Flying from London's Luton Airport I arrived in Morocco on the 14th of May, 2007. In mid-September I caught a Air Ghana Flight from Accra, Ghana to London - Gatwick. During these four months I passed through nine countries, winding my way from Marrakech to Accra.
