Long day today at ATC. Got through powerpoint presentations on Competency-based education and Needs Analysis. All part of developing curriculum. Pleasantly surprised at how well organized ATC is w.r.t. developing curriculum; they basically have a template supplied by the National Academic Standards branch of the government (NACTE) to do this sort of thing. We also made plans to drive to the barrick Gold North Mara mine site on Saturday. About a 10 hour drive (each way).
