Late this afternoon Paul and I got in the Land Cruiser and parked the car in the middle of the wetlands. We sat here for about half an hour and observed the birds. In the waterhole there was a terrapin standing on a log, with its neck stretched out enjoying the sun. We also saw a yellow weaver and a Woodland Kingfisher.
