This afternoon on my break I spent some time sitting in the hide. I was lucky enough to see elephants enjoying the water and mud in the wetlands. I find it very calming and peaceful to watch these extremely large animals go about their daily routine and not be bothered by the presence of humans. I just wished that the elephants swam in the waterhole (which was in front of me) and not in the distant wetlands area.
