Oh my God! I can't believe we are here. It is extremely surreal given I feel we have spoken about it for the last 12 months. The flight over was good - loooong, but broken up by a 4 hour stop over in Singapore where we met up with Pete who had flown in from Perth and we got to sample some local Tiger beer and view the amazing fish at Singapore airport. What an amazing place??? Spotlesly clean and a million pedicure, massage, sleep rooms available. (Probably what we should have made use of but beer took over our impluses!

While waiting at Cape Town airport, he said "My luggage is blue with a white handle!" Only Peter would pack an esky as luggage from Broome to South Africa. He says an esky will come in handy while we are on Safari. (Practical thinking.)
