Visiting Cape Town wouldn't be complete without visiting its beautiful beaches, and I wanted to soak up the sun, and drink my cocktail on no other beach then the most talked about Camps Bay. With its spectacular views of Lion's Head and the Twelve Apostles and its fine white sand its no suprise that its packed with beautiful people, especially over weekends and during holidays. Camps Bay’s long stretch of beach is perfect for sunbathing and its open flatness means that team activities like Frisbee and social beach volleyball can also be enjoyed by the more active visitors.

Students such as myself love the Camps Bay vibe, with its bars and restuarants and even night clubs such as the popular renewed St. Yves along the beach, if we find something to occupy our time with or just need a time-out to get away from the books, lectures and even lecturers Camps Bay will be the place to do just that and more
